Hughes is proud to present a single owner, curated collection of 150+ screen prints and lithographs from the street artist, graphic designer, activist, and founder of OBEY Clothing, Shepard Fairey (American, b. 1970). Featuring early and rare work, all prints offered are signed and numbered and are in gorgeous condition.

Anyone who has lived in Los Angeles in the last twenty years is familiar with the ubiquitous OBEY street art. The rest of the world knows Fairey’s iconic HOPE poster made for Obama’s presidential campaign. Fairey’s work is now in the collections at The Smithsonian, the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, the Museum of Modern Art in New York City, the Museum of Contemporary Art San Diego, the National Portrait Gallery in Washington, D.C., the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts in Richmond, and the Victoria and Albert Museum in London, among others.
