Hughes is pleased to announce that we have joined the Coldwell Banker Residential Realty Concierge Program. This program helps realtors and homeowners secure fully licensed, insured and certified vendors, such as estate sales companies, for services related to purchasing or selling a home. The Coldwell Banker Concierge Program has an extensive screening process that each vendor must pass before being approved. Before approving a vendor, their staff:

• Verify Active Contractor and/or Trade Licenses
• Verify Current General Liability, Auto, and Workers Comp Insurance
• Speak with Multiple References
• Internet Reviews Search
• Verify Bonding
