Todd Hughes to Present on Estate Sales Services
Todd Hughes, owner of Hughes Estate Sales, a leader in estate sales in Los Angeles, will be speaking at The Terraces at Park Marino on Thursday, July 10 from 4:30 to 6:30pm at the “Make the Move Easier” event about estate sales services and appraisals. The Terraces at Park Marino is hosting this event to help seniors stay in charge of their environment. This complimentary event will feature expert speakers addressing the issues of changing living arrangements as we age. Todd will present on how to value items accumulated throughout the years and will help guests discover ways to identify what is truly valuable, what’s not, and the best ways to sell it. He will discuss the different types of appraisals and value estimations available, as well as estate sales services and the various options for liquidation.
Also presenting is Sheri Alford of Smooth Transitions of Southern California, who will discuss “Decluttering and Downsizing.” Sheri is a Senior Move Manager who helps seniors transition from longtime residences to Independent or Assisted Living Senior Communities. With years of experience and helpful tips, Sheri will explain what deserves your attention during a move and how to avoid feeling overwhelmed.
Sylvia Vega, a licensed Realtor with Keller Williams will provide insight as to how to strategize in the current real estate market. Knowing what all your options are and the appropriate expectations when leaving your home makes all the difference in your plans.
